Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly work, particularly with small parts, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills for counting small parts.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to weight limit pounds.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
