We are a private practice and we are searching for a kind and caring team member with a positive outlook and who is able to:
Schedules appointments; maintains appointments Attention to detail with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Calls to remind patients of appointments assists patients with appointment times, times of operation, and other information Coordinating with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow Greets and reassures patients Collect Co-pay, Present treatment plans.
Working Recare, End of Day Reports, Verifying Insurance Assists patients in filling out information for registration, letters, dental records, insurance forms Checks current patient information regarding address, phone number, change in insurance status Advises patients of status regarding waiting time to see provider Eagelsoft/Dentrix experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills:

Monday 8:
30-5 Tuesday and Wednesday 8:
30-6 and Thursdays from 8:
30-3 with one Saturday a month 8:
30-3 during Fall Winter and Spring.
Closed on Fridays.
