Maintains inventory of office supplies in medical supplies, manage supply needs, and assure availability of supplies needed, maintain current admission logs, monitor the incoming and outgoing physician orders, maintain current frequency calendars.
Monitor the flow of oncoming paperwork/documentation and timeliness of submissions.
Planes in direct, daily human resources operations including establishing and implementing human resources policies.
Assist with recruitment and provides initial telephone screening of applicants and schedules interviews, when appropriate.
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of job.
Exhibit critical thinking abilities in applies then for continuous improvement of services and the agency.
